Information collected through this site
Workshop requests, proposal requests, contact messages, event registrations and newsletter signups collect only what is needed to respond: your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, organization if you provide it, and the details you type into the form.
Event registrations also store the number of tickets, attendee names and emails you enter, and a registration code.
Payment information
Card details are entered on a hosted payment form provided by our payment processor. Van Buren Creates does not receive, view or store card numbers. Our records keep only the payment status and a transaction reference.
Email and marketing consent
Marketing email is sent only to people who check the marketing consent box, which is always separate from the rest of a form. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe. Replies to your inquiries are not marketing email.
Service providers
We use third-party services to run this site, to manage customer records, to send email and to process payments and rental orders. These providers only receive the information they need to perform that function. The final list of providers will be named here after review.
Your choices
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, except where we need to keep a record for accounting or legal reasons.
