How rental reservations, pickup, delivery and returns are handled.

Reservations
Rental availability and checkout are managed in our rental store, which is the source of truth for inventory and dates. A reservation is confirmed once the order is completed there.
Pickup and delivery
You may choose pickup or delivery. Delivery is available; delivery pricing is confirmed separately by Van Buren Creates based on location and order requirements.
Care of rented items
Rented pieces are styled inventory used again and again. Please keep items dry, clean and indoors where possible, and return them in the condition they arrived.
Returns
Items are due back at the end of the rental window shown on your order. Late returns may affect the refundable deposit, as described in the security deposit policy.
Deposit
A refundable security and damage deposit of 50% of the rental subtotal applies to rental orders. The deposit amount is configurable by Van Buren Creates and is shown before checkout.
