How requests, registrations and rentals work when you use this site.

Requests are not confirmed bookings
Submitting a workshop request or a proposal request starts a conversation. Your date is not confirmed until Van Buren Creates reviews the request, confirms availability and pricing in writing, and you accept.
Public event registrations
Seats for a public event are held for a limited time while payment is completed. A registration is confirmed only once payment is verified and a registration code is issued.
Rentals
Rental availability, pricing and checkout are handled through our rental store. A refundable security and damage deposit applies, and delivery pricing is confirmed separately based on location and order requirements.
Accurate information
Please provide accurate contact details, participant counts and location information so we can plan safely and arrive prepared.
